CollabFeed ("we", "our", or "us") operates the website collabfeed.io. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our service.

If you subscribe to CollabFeed Pro, payment processing is handled by our payment provider (Polar). We do not store your credit card details. We receive confirmation of your subscription status.

Our service aggregates publicly available information from Instagram, TikTok and YouTube, including creator usernames, follower counts, posts marked as paid partnerships or sponsored content, and business contact information creators publish in their public profiles (such as an email address in a bio or channel description). This data is publicly accessible on these platforms.
We process creator data made publicly available on Instagram, TikTok and YouTube under our legitimate interest (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)) to provide a research tool that helps brands and creators discover existing partnership patterns. Creators have the right to object to this processing under Article 21. To request removal, email contact@collabfeed.io with the relevant profile URL. We will action removal requests within 14 days.
We also collect brand partnership contact information published on brands' own websites, and check the deliverability of these addresses through an email verification service. We deliberately collect role-based business addresses (for example, partnerships@brand.com) rather than personal mailboxes.
Paying members can run an optional lookup that searches for a named marketing or partnerships contact at a brand. These results are provided by Hunter (hunter.io), a third-party service that indexes publicly available professional contact information. When you run a lookup, we send Hunter only the brand's website domain, never your own personal information.
Lookup results may include a person's name, job title, and business email address at the brand, limited to marketing, communication, and partnership roles. We process this professional contact data under our legitimate interest (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)) in helping creators reach the team that handles creator partnerships at a brand, in a business-to-business context. Results are shown to the requesting member and are not stored: no names, titles, or email addresses from lookups are saved on our servers, and they are excluded from exports and from our API. Lookups are limited to a fixed monthly cap per account.
If you appear in a lookup result and object to this processing (GDPR Article 21), or want your details excluded, email contact@collabfeed.io. We will exclude your address from all future lookup results within 14 days. The only record we keep of an exclusion is a cryptographic hash of the address, so it can never be displayed again. You can also request removal from the underlying index directly with Hunter at hunter.io.
