Welcome to CollabFeed. By accessing or using our website at collabfeed.io ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

1. Description of Service

CollabFeed is a platform that tracks and displays publicly available paid partnership and sponsored content from Instagram and TikTok. We aggregate creator collaboration data to help users discover brand deals, research competitors, and analyze influencer marketing trends.

2. Account Terms

  • You must be at least 16 years old to use this Service
  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
  • One person or entity may not maintain more than one free account

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to access the Service without permission
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
  • Use the data to harass, spam, or harm creators or brands
  • Misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity

4. CollabFeed Pro Subscription

Billing

CollabFeed Pro is a paid subscription service billed monthly. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to Pro features until then.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at contact@collabfeed.io.

Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription prices. We will notify existing subscribers at least 30 days before any price increase takes effect.

5. Data Accuracy Disclaimer

The data displayed on CollabFeed is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

  • We aggregate publicly available data from third-party platforms
  • We cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of this data
  • Brand names, creator information, and metrics may contain errors
  • We are not responsible for decisions made based on this data

We continuously work to improve data quality, but users should verify information independently before making business decisions.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding user data and publicly aggregated data) are owned by CollabFeed and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Creator content displayed on CollabFeed (profile pictures, post thumbnails) remains the property of the respective creators and platforms. We display this content under fair use for informational purposes.

7. User Content

If you submit any content to the Service (such as feedback or suggestions), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, and display that content in connection with the Service.

8. Third-Party Links

The Service contains links to third-party websites and content (Instagram, TikTok, creator profiles). We are not responsible for the content or practices of these third-party sites.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CollabFeed shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CollabFeed and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Belgium, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
